BEEP BEEP Get in kids! Funky’s first club offering is… PULL UP CLUB! 💪🏽 Can you guess which muscle group we work the least in our yoga practice? Did you say pull muscles? Corrrreccctttt! Pulling work is a great way to support your practice, bones, grip strength and overall long-term body health.Pull up to Sigsbee Park for our first installment of Funky CLUB: a 3-part, 30 minute, exploration on strengthening those pull muscles.
👉🏾As with all CLUB! offerings, capacity is limited and dates will open one at a time with the first week of reservations open to members, only! Oh and did we mention, Funky CLUB! is ALWAYS INCLUDED for members at no additional cost?!
💎 We’ll begin with community greetings (because it is a club after all)
💎 Learn about how to gently and effectively warm up your pull muscles
💎Utilize simple park structures to practice various strengthening drills, and cycle through the ones that support your body best!
👉🏾You do not need your yoga mat/props but are more than welcome to bring anything that may support your CLUB sesh.
