A one-shot is a self-contained game that lasts for a single session, great as an introduction to TTRPGs or as an interlude between larger campaigns. How do you pack it full of energy and story? How do you make sure you don’t run too long? How do you meet your players’ expectations, and deliver a session that will keep them coming back for more?In this session, learn the basics of creating your own one-shot, from concept to execution. Learn about themes, encounters, NPCs and puzzles, and combine them to craft an outline that you can follow to give your players a fun night of dice rolling and monster slaying.
The event will be a two-hour workshop hosted by our very own Matty!
Each ticket is $15 and can be purchased online or day of.
They include a Field Notes Gamemaster notebook and a dice bag!
