We are hosting a Wellness Day which will have a variety of experienced Teachers. They will be providing a Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Pilates, Tai Chi and Hatha Yoga with a Sound Bath.
You are welcome to provide your own mats.
£20 per person
Refill and relax at our Hydration and Snack Station. We will have infused water and a variety of homemade and healthy snacks
Doors open at 9.30am.
The first class will start at 10am and the last class finishes at 1.45pm.
There will be two 5 minutes and a 15 minutes break between classes. To finish our day with our Hydration and Snack Station Social.
