Healing Through Sound & Voice - presented by SABINAT (Sarah, Bina, Natalie) and guest co-host Aimee
Proceeds from this event will go towards the services provided by space2grieve, a bereavement charity providing free support to children, adults, and families across the Richmond Borough who have been impacted by death.
Working through grief and loss can be one of life's most challenging journeys, profoundly impacting health and wellbeing at every level. Thankfully, there are many supportive practices such as Kirtan, Mantra and Chanting which can support a bereaved person to negotiate their journey of grief and loss.
SABINAT is passionate about offering these practices to the community.
The group is a beautiful collaboration between three devoted kirtan leaders (Sarah, Bina and Natalie) who bring deep joy, heart, and spiritual grounding to every gathering.
Together, they hold a safe space for uplifting and soothing experiences through chanting, sound baths and mantra. This isn't a performance. It is an invitation to let your voice be heard, to release what no longer serves you, and to experience the quiet power of healing through collective sound.
Some experiences are hard to put into words — and that's exactly why we turn to sound.

PLEASE NOTE: AS A PRECAUTION, due to the nature of the strong sound vibrations of the instruments used such as gongs, this event is not recommended for the following adults:
Women in their first three months of pregnancy, those with epilepsy or a history of seizures, unmanaged mental health challenges (PTSD, personality disorder, schizophrenia), those fitted with a pacemaker or severe heart condition, tinnitus.
