Fundraiser Yoga at Cooper Creek Square for Tame Wellness! Join me in the courtyard by the fountain on Saturday Sept 6 & 13 at 9:30 a.m. for slow flow in the sunshine! Tame Wellness creates opportunities for people to connect and spend time in community in drug- and alcohol-free environments. We sponsor and host a variety of events throughout the year, and are raising money to continue offering mental health and recovery support services to those in need in Grand County. You can find our mocktail bar at several festivals and events, book 1-to-1 sessions with our team, or join a community of others who enjoy substance-free authentic connection. Bring your yoga mat, sunscreen, water and a friend! Minimum donation suggestion of $10/person.
