Thanks to Lucas for organising this doozy of a fundraiser! 4 bands and DJs till late! Like pretty much every venue in the country we struggle to keep our doors open. Doing fundraisers like this makes a huge difference to our finances and help us continue to put on a diverse range of gigs, parties and events. Nika Ticciati's Cataclysm Ensemble Nika Ticciati’s Cataclysm Ensemble is a spiritual jazz punk band formed to explore the experiential continuity between improvised music, spiritual music, jazz and punk rock. The credo reads “all good music is punk music”. We believe people must re-engage with music as community, performance as church and accountability for one’s own access to rapture.
Steadman/Christie/Chan Three individuals of the Leeds free improvised music scene: Harvey Parkin-Christie (Saxophones) / Joel Steadman (Bass clarinet & Flute) / Teruki Chan (Drums) join together for a night of barbarism. A dynamic trio rooted in tradition and heritage, exploring reed and drum music from around the world. Channeling the spirit and lineage of free jazz practitioners: Milford Graves, Albert Ayler & Peter Brötzmann. Raw, colourful, uncompromising original music.

Jenni Mac Jenni Mac makes music, drawings, paintings, performances, poems and breakfasts. It is told that a small yellow bug secreted something on their hands once and ever since they’ve had songs to say, often about fish, wet benches, some love, and (rare) bag salad.

Lick Quid Gold Lick Quid Gold is a Leeds based collective and party formed on smoky queer dancefloors and during wholesome after hours partying. The cru pack a wide bag, from warped dub and chug, to bumpin disco and swamp house
