In this session, participants will be introduced to two straightforward techniques that can be used to assess your current operations to insure that you are in alignment with the service promises made to your clients, and are capable of delivering the level of quality and consistency called for by your branding strategy. Specifically, we will discuss how business modeling and process mapping can be used as business decision support tools to improve customer experiences and potentially improve customer retention.
