This series includes 4 Monday meetings
Monday 5/18, 5/25. 6/1 and 6/8, 8.15 pm-9.30 pm,
Optional Weekly Thursday(7.15pm-8.45pm) Support Class: 1.5 hours

About the Facilitator
Mahendra is a breathwork facilitator with years of experience guiding individuals and groups in conscious breathing, healing, and spiritual growth. His approach blends traditional wisdom, modern breath awareness, and compassionate presence to help participants reconnect with their vitality and inner peace.
