- Core Needs : BICEPS: Matheus de Lara Calache will present the 6 core needs (BICEPS) and how they can take part in forming a team and supporting individual growth.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Jome Maria Princil will talk about what Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion entails and how belonging can play a crucial part in cultivating a healthy culture of DE&I.

About the speakers
- Matheus de Lara Calache has over 17 years of experience as a web system developer and transitioned from Senior Developer to Team Lead Engineer in 2017. With qualifications including a BSc in Computer Science, a Post Grad in Software Engineering, an MBA in Project Management, and an MSc in Applied Computer Science, Matheus is poised to make a lasting impact at the intersection of web system development, leadership, and education, driving innovation and inspiring teams to new heights. He is also passioned about music and guitars.
- Jome Maria Princil is QA Lead at funda for 2 years and has been at funda for 10 years. She has over 17 years of experience in IT, specializing in Quality Assurance. She started off her career as a data warehouse tester, transitioning into game development and testing, finally ending up in web and app development. Jome has a BSc in Computer Science and a Master of Computer Applications and is passionate about developing a deeper understanding of what motivates people and how to attain effective leadership. She is an avid reader and movie buff.
