Through structured progressions, tempo work, and intentional cueing, you’ll learn how to build resilient knees, mobile ankles, and strong hips — without forcing range or chasing intensity.
This class blends athletic precision with embodied awareness. We will slow down, organize tension, and develop strength that feels stable, intelligent, and sustainable.
Designed for movers who want more control in their movement and curious beginners who wanna move with more fluidity and confidence. Regressions and progressions will be offered.
