This gentle, low-impact class is designed specifically for individuals looking to improve shoulder function, mobility, and strength in a safe and supportive environment.Through seated and standing exercises (with modifications available), we’ll focus on:
Improving shoulder range of motion
Gently strengthening rotator cuff muscles
Enhancing posture and joint alignment
Supporting daily functional movements like reaching, lifting, and dressing
Reducing tension and discomfort in the neck, shoulders, and upper back
