WHAT IS PILATES?
Originally developed to build strength for bedridden hospital patients during World War 1 by the man himself, Joseph Pilates. Fast forward to the modern day, Pilates is renowned as a low-impact exercise that builds strength, flexibility, and coordination.

These classes are designed to improve your quality of life. You can expect many original Pilates mat work exercises that make you feel mobile and supple, accompanied by bodyweight strength exercises that will build your strength and make you less prone to injuries.
In this class, youβll bend, twist, and sweat - in all the good ways.

Shaun is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer who is passionate about getting the everyday individual started on their fitness journeys.
He is dedicated to helping others foster a healthy relationship with fitness while building up their strength so they can get more out of life.
