Functional Patterns x Pickleball Xscape
Join us for a dynamic morning where movement training meets pickleball.
Functional Patterns Costa Mesa is partnering with Pickleball Xscape to bring you a unique event designed to help you move better, play better, and connect with an active community.
We’ll begin with a Functional Patterns group training session, where you’ll learn movement techniques that improve posture, coordination, and rotational mechanics. These principles translate directly to sports like pickleball by helping you generate more efficient lateral movement, better balance, and stronger rotational power for shots and quick direction changes.
If you play pickleball regularly, are looking to improve performance on the court, or are dealing with aches, injuries, or stiffness from repetitive movement, this session will give you tools to move more efficiently and reduce strain on your body.
After the training session, we’ll head to the 2 reserved courts for pickleball play from 10:15–12, where you can apply what you learned in a fun, social environment.
Whether you’re new to pickleball or already play often, this event is about learning better movement, staying active, and having fun with the community.
