Come join us for a fun and effective full body sculpt class that will leave you feeling stronger, inspired and more balanced! Led by lululemon employee Annelie Nabben, the class is made up of exercises from functional fitness, Ocean Yoga and core pilates, all woven together to take you on a journey to the heart.
Instructor Annelie Nabben is a Certified ACE Personal Trainer, pilates trained, FREESTYLE personal trainer and group trainer (especially designed for women). She has previously owned a women's only gym, specializes in sculpt, functional fitness, vinyasa flow yoga and has over 30 years of experience in fitness. Annelie is so excited to inspire, teach and share her zest and passion for life with the lululemon community!
