Camp Description: Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulation common movements you might do at home. Functional fitness helps the development of young people to develop their general body strength while establishing core strength, mobility, flexibility and coordination. A variety of exercises, including weight training and plyometrics, and skills will be presented, demonstrated, and taught to the appropriate level of all campers. No experience is needed.Daily Check-in: 12:30 PM
Daily Check-out: 4:00 PM
What to Bring: Campers should wear athletic attire and bring a water bottle. All campers will receive a t-shirt.
