Get Ready for Functional Fitness!
This 6-week functional fitness program is geared towards individuals of all ability and skill level who are interested in tackling their fitness and personal goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Trained staff will be present to adapt excercises to your needs and ability, keep you motivated, and work on what is important to YOU!
