My friend, singer-songwriter, Josh Harty, is coming over from the USA for a short UK tour. As well as being a wonderful musician who has performed at Grateful Fred's on a number of accasions, Josh is a certified Breathwork practioner.
Josh has offered to conduct a functional breathwork workshop for me and for anyone else that would be interested. So, to that end, I've booked the upper performance space at Southport Bijou Cinema from 2.00pm till 4.00pm on Monday the 25th of May. There's a nominal fee of £6, (plus booking fee) just to cover Josh's time and effort.

We’ll look at breathing mechanics, nervous system regulation, recovery, and how to access more of your usable breathing capacity with less strain.
