Ring 1 starting 10am
Class 1 - 2025 Yearlings
Any type, gender, height, so long as they were born between Jan 2025 and Dec 2025. Please be sure they are halter broken!
Class 2 - Two and Three Year Olds
Any type, gender and height. So long as they are born between January 2023 and December 2024. Please be sure they are halter broken. And colts are handled by an adult!
Class 3 - Homebred Horses / Ponies / Youngstock
Any type, gender, height and age that must have been bred by yourself. Stallions allowed!
Class 4 - Natural Turn Out
Any type, gender, height, age. For horses in their natural state, no plaits, oil, tarting up!
Class 5 - Condition (Stable Kept and Field Kept)
Any type, gender, height, age. Class may be split to the two types. Stable kept must be stabled at least 20hrs of the day. Field kept must live out 24/7.
Class 6 - Best Turned Out
Any type, gender, height, age. Who can braid and clean their horse till it gleams?
Class 7 - Coloureds
Any type, gender, height, age. Must be skewbald, piebald, tri-colour, spotted, roan.
Class 8 - Light Colours
Any type, gender, height, age. Must be a solid grey(of any variation), palomino, Cream,
Cremello with no patches or spots ect.
Class 9 - Dark colours
Any type, gender, height, age. Must be a solid bay, black, chestnut, brown with no patches or spots ect.
Top 2 placings from classes 1 - 9 with go forwards (free of entry) to the Ring 1 Championship.
Ring 2 - starting 10.30am
Class 10 - Cobs / Heavy Horses
Traditional or Hogged or Natural any gender, colour, height, age.
Class 11 - British Native Breeds
Exmoors, Dartmoors, Shetland, Welsh Pony A / B / C / D, Welsh Cob, Connemara, Clydesdale, Dales, Fell, Cleveland Bay, Shire, Hackney, Suffolk Punch, New Forest, Highland, Thoroughbreds. Pure and partbreds, any age, gender, must be true to type.
Class 12 - Foreign Breeds
Horses not native to the British Isles. Pure and part-bred.
Class 13 - Veteran Horse
Open to all horses/ponies over the age of 15. Class may be split 18 and under, 19 and over.
Class 14 - Hunter / ROR / Sports Horse Type.
Open to any athletic breeds/ types
Class 15 - Best Mare
Just female!
Class 16 - Best Gelding
Just male!
Class 17 - Novice Handler
Any horse bar colts or stallions! Handlers to not have won a showing championship.
Class 18 - Junior Handler
Any horse bar colts or stallions! Handlers to be under 15years.
Top 2 placings from classes 10 - 18 with go forwards (free of entry) to the Ring 2 Championship.
There will be a pause in both rings at midday for judges to have a lunch break.

Classes are £10.00 each pre-entry or £15.00 on the day. Ribbons to 10th in all classes. Pre entries close April 23rd
Not fussy on tack or turnout. Inhand only!!! For nervous, novice, beginners or youngsters!!! Stallions and colts allowed but please be in control or you may be asked to leave!
The schedule may get adjusted more yet as we work out rings and championships so please be warned!
All classes to run in fenced arena! No loose dogs!!!

All classes will run in out fenced 60 x 80 arena, so it does not matter if your classes clash. You will still get judged in both.
Please keep 7.5tonne plus lorries to the hard standing, cars and trailers and spectators please park on the field.
No haynets or feed allowed on the hardstanding, but it maybe used on the grass!
You only need to press the gate button ONCE! when gates are fully shut. If you press it whilst they are opening or closing they will freeze. The gates will also shut behind you without you pressing the button - if you press the button they will freeze open!
Toilets inc 1 disabled and clean water from an outside tap available.
