Pilates is a low-impact workout designed to target smaller muscles, increase flexibility, core strength, and improve posture. This open-level mat Pilates class is designed to offer variations that leave you feeling powerful in your body. The class emphasizes slow, controlled movements, proper breathing, and precise form, building a foundation for more advanced Pilates practices. Your ticket will include an appetizer box from Lemon Tree and a mini prosecco to enjoy after your class!
