Ash Released Her Debut Ep, Titled Bakersfield, In January Of 2019. This Project Rose To #60 On The Itunes Top 100 Country Albums Chart And Was Met With Positive Reviews From Critics And Fans Alike. Ash Has Also Been Honored By The Bakersfield Country Music Awards For Her Achievements And Contributions To The Famous Bakersfield Sound. She Was Named “One To Watch” By The Nashville Songwriters Association International And Won An International Songwriting Award In 2021. In May Of 2023, Ash Released A 3 Song Acoustic Ep Titled, The Acoustic Sessions. The Project Quickly Became A Fan Favorite And Received High Praise From The Music Industry. As An Entertainer Of Many Talents, You Can Even See Ash Appear In Several Episodes Of The Hit Television Series “Nashville” On CMT Network.

Peg ‘n Awl is a traditional American folk, hillbilly and mountain music duo leaning heavily on harmony singing styles from the late 1800s to the 1950s. Kenny Roby and Amy Laber have been called the “real deal” when it comes to singing these old-time music songs as well as original tunes that fit this traditional mold.
With no-frills, stripped-down arrangements on guitars and banjo, they perform in a way that keeps the focus on the vocal styles of the Carter Family, Blue Sky Boys, Delmore Brothers, Callahan Brothers and many other duo and family harmony groups that dominated the southeastern US and Appalachian region music of their time.
