About this Event
Every Saturday, The Haven Family Center is hosting "The Fun Fitness Group" for adults 18 and older. It takes place from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. We will provide the materials, unless you prefer to bring your own. The activities consist of Hula Hoop, Pilates and Rebounding. If it is warm enough, we will go outside to the hidden "Peace Garden" and add Double Dutch to the list of activities and maybe even a little line-dancing! The cost is $5 per person. This is not a class, but a chance to get fit together in a fun environment. Yes, there will be snacks...(healthy, snacks. Of course). Fresh Smoothies are available for purchase.
Members of the Haven Family Center get one free session per month.
