Experience the September Full Moon energy! Let us guide you into an embodied state - that state where you are relaxed in every aspect of your being: able to receive and able to release. Allow yourself to be taken on a journey into the Somatic State using Breath Work, Reiki and Sound Healing.

Immerse yourself in Full Moon energy and experience 3 integrated healing modalities. This will be a beautiful evening event to mark the September Harvest Moon.

Breathwork: Use your breath to become fully connected to your body. Techniques will include coherent breathing, and transBreath. This guided practice is for beginners as well as experienced breathers. It is a gentle, trauma -informed, session that prepares you to receive Reiki as well as deepens your somatic experience of the Sound. Experience the power of breath to connect you to yourself and to open you to Reiki energy and Sound Healing.

Reiki: Receive Reiki from 3 Master Practitioners. Reiki is used to energize and balance the Chakras. Each of the seven chakras is an energetic gateway to an aspect of your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. When any one of your chakras is sluggish, weak, or blocked, the imbalance can show up as a bodily ailment or as a negative emotion affecting your mindset. Our intention is to clear blockages, balance, and energize you so you are better prepared for what the New Moon brings.

Sound Healing: Envelop yourself in an auditory sanctuary where the resonances of drums, chimes, and sound bowls reverberate around you. This unique vibrational experience diminishes stress, and you'll depart feeling invigorated. Ensure your utmost comfort by bringing along items like a mask, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, or socks. Experience the benefits of enhanced sleep, diminished pain, and profound relaxation.

Who We Are

Lisa Derosby Jones - The Recovery Studio, is a Breath Work Coach, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Practitioner, a Reiki Master, a Mindfulness/Meditation Instructor and a Culinary Nutrition Educator. She is the creator of Recovery Studio where she coaches clients to develop daily habits that release them from the grips of anxiety, fatigue and overwhelm.

Rachel Craig - Reiki Healing, is a Reiki Master, Artist and Maker. She brings her caring, free spirited, strong headed, confident, and very intuitive self into every aspect of her life. She uses her skills and gifts to help others empower themselves and to reconnect with their younger selves. Her mission is to help people realize their inner strength to overcome the negative narratives they’ve collected.

Parking

We have plenty of parking via a paid parking lot/ deck (which costs about $8.00 for 2 hours) and free parking on the street along the perimeter of Studioplex Lofts.

Enter the main entrance of Studioplex at 659 Auburn Ave. and follow the signs that say SPX Parking Deck. After taking a ticket from the machine, follow the blue P parking signs. Unreserved, available parking spaces are in the surface lot and on the ground floor (G) of the parking deck as well as level three and above.

Visionary Healing Center, 141, is on the Ground Level, facing the Parking Lot.
