Please bring: Yoga mat, blankets and cushions that may support your practice. An eye pillow (if you'd like to be in darkness) A journal 📕 to note down your reflections. We also have props available if you don’t have them :)
Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 30mins to an hour prior to our gathering.

About Ocean 🌊: Ocean is an aspiring Taoist Priest/Priestess from Thailand 🏝 He received his Chinese Medicine degree from Bastyr University, 200hr yoga teacher training from Ananda Institute of Living Yoga 🕉, and Singing Bowl Therapy Techniques 🥣 from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School. In his practice, Ocean is passionate about providing therapeutic experience for his clients through an integrative session of Acupuncture, Sound healing, Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and Energy medicine.
