About this Event
The Full-Time MBA Immersion Day is a signature on-campus experience designed for prospective students to gain an in-depth understanding of our MBA program and community. This engaging event offers participants the opportunity to explore what it truly means to be part of our Full-Time MBA experience.
Throughout the day, attendees will connect with faculty, current students, and staff to learn more about the academic curriculum, student engagement and leadership opportunities, and the professional pathways supported by the program. Through interactive sessions and meaningful conversations, prospective students will gain insight into how the Full-Time MBA prepares graduates to lead, innovate, and advance their careers.
Immersion Day is an ideal opportunity to experience our collaborative culture firsthand, ask questions, build connections, and envision how the Full-Time MBA can support personal and professional growth.

9:45 – 10:10:00 am | Check-In (Hough Hall)
10:00 - 10:15 am | Welcome with Assistant Dean and MBA Program Director (Hough Hall 150)
10:15 - 11:00 am | Program Overview and Application Process with Admissions/Ice Breaker (Hough Hall 150)
11:00 - 11:30 am | The UF MBA Experience with Academic Affairs (Hough Hall 150)
11:30 - 12:00 pm | Student Engagement and Leadership (Hough Hall 150)
12:00 - 1:00 pm | Lunch with Program Staff, Students, and Faculty (Hough Hall 120)
1:00 - 1:30 pm | Overview of Business Career Services (Hough Hall 150)
1:30 - 2:15 pm | Mini Case Exercise with Training and Professional Development Team (Hough Hall 150)
2:30 - 3:00 pm | MBA Student Panel (Hough Hall 150)
3:00 - 3:15 pm | Closing/Wrap-Up (Hough Hall 150)
