About this Event

Join us at Carnegie Library for a sound bath on this supermoon.

Sound Bath

For those unfamiliar with sound baths, it is an immersive sonic meditative journey in which one is encouraged to surrender to the sounds. Sound is not merely an auditory experience; it's a vibration that touches every cell in our body.

During the sound bath, Dre will gently guide you into a meditation to ground you into your body, encouraging the release of tension and stress. Dre will then orchestrate healing sounds with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, wind chimes, and other instruments that create soothing vibrations and therapeutic sound waves. Tea and fruit will be made available after the session for those who wish to stay around.

Supporting Gambia

All proceeds from this event will be donated to support three communities— a coding school, a vocational training school, and a village in need of water— to drive meaningful change. The coding school will build a platform for the vocational training school, while the vocational training school provides the equipment the village needs to access clean water. By purchasing a ticket to our sound bath, you'll not only enjoy a wellness session designed to restore balance and relaxation, but also help support this collaborative effort to provide life-changing access to water and education.
