Join Jessica Kozak Shaw for a heart centered evening mini retreat experience designed to help you release emotional heaviness, reconnect with your inner light, and open yourself to greater love, confidence, emotional healing, abundance, and the ability to receive blessings more fully into your life.
This sacred evening blends guided inner work, intention setting, shamanic drumming, moon rituals, elemental healing practices, and meaningful fire and water ceremonies designed to support emotional renewal, gratitude, and soul nourishment.
🌕 What You’ll Experience
✨ Opening Grounding & Soul Centering Experience
Begin the evening with grounding, breathwork, intention setting, and a guided healing experience with shamanic drumming designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the supportive energy of the Full Strawberry Moon.
🔥 Strawberry Moon Fire Release Ritual
Participants will be guided through a meaningful fire ceremony focused on releasing emotional burdens, fears, self doubt, resentment, emotional heaviness, limiting beliefs, and anything no longer aligned with the life they wish to create.
Using written intentions and symbolic ritual practices, we will work with the transformative energy of fire to support emotional clearing and renewal. Portions of the fire ritual may take place outdoors weather permitting, while the majority of the retreat experience will be held indoors.
💧 Strawberry Moon Water Blessing & Sweetness Ritual
Together we will participate in a beautiful and heart opening water ritual utilizing strawberries, rose petals, honey, herbs, and sacred intention work centered around:
• Joy
• Emotional healing
• Self love
• Confidence
• Gratitude
• Abundance
• Receiving blessings
• Emotional fulfillment
• Sweetness returning into life
This ritual is designed to help participants reconnect with emotional nourishment, softness, hope, love, gratitude, and the ability to receive goodness into their lives again.
🌹 Crystal Infused Strawberry Moon Water Creation
Each participant will create and receive their own crystal infused Strawberry Moon Water during the ritual to take home for personal spiritual use, reflection, intention work, altar work, or self care practices.
🌕 Closing Blessing & Reflection
The evening will close with gratitude, intention anchoring, energetic renewal, and a peaceful Strawberry Moon blessing experience.
