Your Experience Includes:

A self guided Journey through the Labyrinth: An Ancient Ritual of Reconnection.

Step into the sacred stillness of the courtyard labyrinth; a symbol of transformation found across ancient cultures. Unlike a maze, the labyrinth is not meant to confuse, but to guide you inward toward your truest self, and then gently outward, renewed and reconnected with the world around you.

Surrounded by the four elements; earth, air, fire, and water, this intentional walk becomes a moving meditation, perfect for setting your intention or grounding your experience after the session.

2:50pm: To honor the experience for all, we kindly ask that you arrive early to begin setting up your space, and to be ready to begin promptly. Please be seated and settled by 3:00pm so we can journey together without interruption.

• Gentle somatic movement to release tension and reconnect with your body

Somatic breathwork and neurogenic tremoring are powerful modalities and may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart conditions

• Severe asthma, COPD, or other serious respiratory issues

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders

• Active psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe bipolar disorder

• Pregnancy (without prior approval)

• Recent surgeries or injuries

No food consumption 1 hour prior to session.
