Meet with a small group and focus on your self-healing by devoting each week to an individual chakra using The Sevenfold Journey by Anodea Judith and Selene Vega as a guide. Discover the healing pow- ers of the subtle energy body: Grounding, Sensuality, Personal Power, Love & Relationships, Communication, Vision, and Spiritual Connection. Raise your consciousness and free your spirit as you integrate your new knowledge of your energy system into daily experiences. Transform yourself and your life one week at a time.
Nine consecutive weeks will focus on the following:
Week 1 – Introduction
Week 2 – First Chakra; Grounding, Earth & Survival
Week 3 – Second Chakra; Sensuality, Water & Change
Week 4 – Third Chakra; Power, Fire & Will
Week 5 – Fourth Chakra; Love, Air & Relationships
Week 6 – Fifth Chakra ; Communication, Vibration & Creativity
Week 7 – Sixth Chakra; Vision, Light & the Third Eye
Week 8 – Seventh Chakra; Spiritual Connection & Thought
Week 9 – Wrap up & Celebration! The Illuminated Chakras

Nini Gridley, MS Ed, BFRP is a dynamic workshop leader and Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher (500+) who has been helping people open and energize their chakras since 1995 through her private practice Full Spectrum Healing TM. She is also founding faculty and Certification Program Coordinator for Sacred Centers, the premier training program on the chakras developed by Anodea Judith, PhD, whose extensive writings on the chakras inform her work with adults and children.
