The instructor will provide verbal guidance using a high-quality audio system, ensuring that everyone can easily follow along. This class is open to all in a judgment-free, non-competitive healing community where everyone is welcome.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING?

Bring a large beach towel or blanket for better coverage on the sand to practice on. *No yoga mat is necessary. We do not have rentals.

It can get chilly on the beach at night, so bring yummy layers or cover-ups.

A bag is essential to keep your belongings from getting lost in the sand.

We will provide AMBER lights on the beach during the event. ( its turtle nest season )

If you plan to stay afterward, feel free to bring your own light or simply enjoy the moonlight.

If the event is canceled, all attendees receive a full refund with a confirmation email, and we will notify attendees at least 90 minutes prior to the event—unless an unforeseen emergency arises.
