The teacher will demo movements and verbally guide w/ a high-quality audio system to ensure everyone can follow along with ease and bask in the scared melodies.
Class is open to everyone and newbies. This is a judgment-free - non-competitive healing community where all our welcome.

➳ PLEASE PLAN FOR EXTRA TIME: travel to the beachside, park, check-in, and extra time to enjoy an evening on the beach.

🌙 WHAT TO BRING? : BYO large beach towel or blanket for wider coverage over sand.NO yoga mat needed.
*It gets chilly on the beach at night. Bring layers/cover-ups.
Something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain or from the healing ocean mist.
We will have AMBER* lighting on the beach during the event for turtle nesting season, if you're planning to stay afterward, byo AMBER light or enjoy the moonlight.
For safety: Only trained service animals on a leash must stay on the owner's space. Small children must be watched at all times!!! It is dark on the beach, keep them safe on your space and honor the quiet for meditation.

BONNET BEACH - LOCATED ON LAUDERDALE BEACH:
Between VISTAMAR ST ( Lifeguard St #12 ) & NE 9 ST (Lifeguard St #13 )
This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs & plenty of hourly metered parking. Down the block from all major hotels & small food shops, bars, and convenience stores.
LOOK FOR COLORFUL FLAGS, AMBER LIGHTS & CHECK-IN TENT AREA on the beach.
870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 driving towards the area.
🌙 EASY PARKING OPTIONS :

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, we have plenty of street parking with hourly meters at Vistamar St, NE 9th Street & surrounding beachside streets.
2) Paid valet parking is available at hotels.
-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just a couple blocks west of the beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5-minute walk to our main beach location.
2) Galleria Mall area on the mainland. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, are areas around the mall with free parking. Walking from this area to our main beach locations is 15 minutes.

We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecast and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Conditions at our location can be very different than other side of town. For iffy weather around our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab; on the website's home page. If the event is canceled, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.
Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist or light rain can happen during the event and you may also want to dip your toes or take a dip in the ocean afterwards.
