Join Sun&Moon Collective for Her Dance - an embodied dance offering in honor of the Full Moon.
We will begin with an opening circle and cacao ceremony, to connect with our hearts. Then, we will move into a guided meditation aligned with the theme of the Libra Full Moon -- finding balance within ourselves. Following the meditation, we will dance in community under the light of the moon. We will close with journaling and a sharing circle.
Her Dance is a safe space for all who identify as woman. In this space, we invite you to show up as your authentic self, open your heart to yourself and others, and move freely and intutively.
This dance is being held at a private residenence in the Mt. Soledad neighborhood of La Jolla. There is plenty of free street parking available.The address will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please bring a water bottle, journal, pen/pencil, and layers, as we will be dancing outside.
This offering is facilitated by Claire Halter Bardin -- certified ecstatic dance facilitator and DJ, and certified Fluentbody (somatic movement therapy) instructor. Claire has been hosting circles, dances, and retreats for the past three years in Berlin and San Diego. Prior to entering the wellness space, she taught high school English for 10 years.
