You’re warmly invited to a nourishing Yuan Gong practice in the yurt at Chifull Sanctuary, under the light of the full moon. This month’s Full Moon Theme is 'Being in the present moment.’ Global Awakening Day falls on October 5th, we’ll be merging its celebration with our Full Moon practice on October 7th, connecting through the Qifield with the worldwide Ren Xue community. After the moving practice, a guided meditation will help us deepen our connection and presence.”This monthly gathering is open to all, whether you’re completely new to Yuan Gong or have years of experience. Each session is lovingly held by local teachers in the spirit of community and shared growth. This month will be guided by Nicole.
