Beneath the glow of the full moon, in our studio, gather in sacred circle to honor the rhythms of nature and the wisdom within. This earthy, heart-centered workshop weaves together gentle yoga combined and rituals such as mantras, pranayama, kundalini practices, and sacred letting go ceremony, to support release, renewal, and deep connection. Come as you are—come home to yourself.The full moon invites us to pause, reflect, and let go. Join us for a sacred evening of gentle movement, breathwork, and ceremony beneath her luminous light. Together, we'll root into the Earth and honor our cycles.
Feel free to bring your journal, your favorite tea, and any sacred items you’d like for the altar.
