6:15 pm Lunar Yoga Flow
6:45 pm Intermission
7 pm Sound Bath
8 pm Conclusion of event
DESCRIPTION:
6:15 pm Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow
Our yoga teacher will lead an all-levels lunar sequence yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.
7 pm Full Moon Sound Bath
Our sound practitioner guides an intuitive sound session under the full moon. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.

Wearing layers is recommended.
