On Saturday, December 15th, we are gathering for "Carol of the Bowls," a special holiday-themed Reiki circle that centered around the healing vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls. The event embodies the spirit of the season, peace and joy during a busy time of year.

The circle begins with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to Reiki and sound healing, highlighting the benefits of both practices in offering relaxation and emotional release. You’ll be encouraged to set personal intentions, reflecting on the themes of gratitude and connection as the holiday season approaches.

Participants settle into a serene environment, and the session opens with a guided meditation, focusing on release and forgiveness and allowing everyone to center themselves and enter a state of receptivity.

We will play a symphony of both Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingsha Chimes and more, causing a beautiful euphony of tones and sounds to create a warm and peaceful atmosphere for you to sink deep into for relaxation. The uplifting sounds will bring warmth, peace and joy, while Reiki helps to release any excess tension and stress, you will leave feeling lighter and rejuvenated.

The event concludes with a closing meditation, inviting participants to reflect on their experiences and share insights if they wish.

"Carol of the Bowls" is a heartwarming blend of sound healing and energy work, creating a supportive community atmosphere that celebrated the essence of the holiday season while promoting holistic well-being.

There is no paper or digital ticket sent, you are put on a list for admission.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will try to work something out with you. After 48 hours and no call no shows forfeit your spot and any credits/rescheduling.
