Join me for a slow, grounding yoga class under the open sky at Hialeah Gardens Botanical Park. This is a space to breathe, move your body, and reset with the energy of the moon — no pressure, no expectations, just good energy and community.

Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or you’re just curious and want to try something new, you’re welcome here.
