Full Moon Yoga Hike at Sunset in the Sonoran Desert

Join us for a relaxing yoga hike in the beautiful Phoenix Parks Preserve! We'll explore the scenic desert trails and unwind with yoga as the sun dips lower in the sky. After a 45-60min yoga class, you'll be transported in Savasana with a light sound bath.

As the colors change, the full moon* will rise in the sky and we'll have time available to capture photos in this beautiful environment before we continue hiking back to the start.

This evening is the perfect way to connect with nature and find your zen.

Date & Time: Sunday, May 30 at 6 PM

Supplies needed: backpack (to be handsfree) + water.

A yoga mat and headlamp are also required - please let me know if you do not have your own.

*The full moon is technically on May 31, 2026 but it rises closest to sunset on May 30th and will be 99.96%, appearlng quite large in the sky

Location: Piestewa Park Shelters - We will meet in the final parking area/group of shelters, at the end of Piestewa Park Dr. This parking area ends in a one-way loop. We will meet at teh north side of the parking lot, close to the trailhead/bridge.
