Join us for a beautiful Full Moon Yoga Class, each month on or near the Full Moon. These are All Levels classes in the tradition of Kripalu Style Yoga. Pre registration is required, and there are limited spaces for In-Studio at Heartsong or you Zoom Livestream from home! (Call your friends and family to meet you at yoga, from anywhere in the world!)
Pre register on Punchpass to use your Punchpass card or membership to sign up for class. (When you sign up it will not say "full moon" but choose the date and time and it will be correct!)
