Esta es una clase multinivel de Hatha Vinyasa, donde trabajaremos asana, pranayama y meditación, adaptada para todos los niveles.

I invite you to a magical evening of conscious movement, deep breath and soulful presence, where we return to who we truly are.
This is a multilevel Hatha Vinyasa class where we’ll explore asana, pranayama and meditation, open to all levels.

🌕 We’ll start with a reflection on the Full Moon’s energy
🧘♀️ Flow through a yoga practice by the sea
🎶 And end with a chanting circle: mantras and medicine music to open the heart and raise our vibration together.
