Enjoy golden hour with tea and yoga as the full moon rises, followed by sunset breathwork and soundbath, and a moonlit fire ceremony!
Immerse yourself in the illuminating energy of the full moon as you participate in a rejuvenating yoga session during golden hour with spectacular views spanning from Big Bear Mountain to the ocean horizon of La Jolla. Settle your nervouse system with breathwork and let the soothing frequencies of a soundbath wash over you under moonlight, helping to release tension and promote inner peace.
Afterwards, gather around the bonfire with fellow participants to share stories, laughter, and connection. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with nature, and recharge your spirit.
