About this Event
The Full Pink Moon is named after the soft pink wildflowers that bloom in early spring, marking the return of growth, renewal, and new beginnings. Like the season it represents, this moon reminds us that life moves in cycles — blooming, resting, and blooming again.
The energy of the full moon is a powerful time to pause, release what no longer serves you, and create space for something new. Think of it as a gentle inner reset — letting go of what’s heavy and setting intentions for what you want to grow.
Together we’ll move through a grounding yoga flow followed by a relaxing soundscape, allowing your body and mind to unwind in the beautiful and inspiring atmosphere of the Museum of Modern Renaissance.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, this event is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, connect with community, and find a sense of inner peace.
This class will run 75 minutes, including:
• 60-minute all-levels yoga flow
• 15-minute soundscape during savasana featuring crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments designed to create a deeply relaxing and immersive experience.
