April’s Pink Moon is named for the first wildflowers that bloom in early spring—symbolizing renewal, tenderness, and the quiet courage it takes to open again after winter. This moon invites us to soften, to trust growth, and to gently welcome what is ready to emerge.Join us for a nourishing outdoor yoga practice followed by an immersive sound bath, designed to support the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and reconnect you with the rhythms of the season. Movement will be slow, grounding, and accessible, with space for breath, rest, and reflection under the moonlight.

To honor the Pink Moon’s energy of blossoming and intention, each participant will receive a handcrafted ritual element—a small seasonal gift to take home and continue the practice beyond the evening. We’ll also close with a guided intention-setting moment to anchor what you’re ready to grow this spring.
Afterward, you’re invited inside for warm tea and light seasonal snacks, allowing time to integrate, connect, and linger in community.
