Join @ginawiththedreads & @osher.wellness for a soothing evening of Yin Yoga, Gentle Movement & Alchemy Sound healing to honour the final Full Moon of the year ?✨As the year draws to a close, this special session invites you to pause, reflect, and release, finding stillness before the busy festive season begins.
Our evening opens with gentle yin yoga guided by Gina, slow, grounding postures inspired by the cycles of nature and Traditional Chinese Medicine to balance energy and soften the body.
You’ll then be guided through an immersive alchemy sound journey with Georgia, a meditative experience using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and deepen your connection to the lunar energy.
Plus, @crystal_jems_healing will be bringing her gorgeous crystal pop-up shop ideal for a bit of festive browsing (and maybe a treat for yourself too!) ?

All equipment is provided, simply arrive, settle in, and surrender. We’ll close with herbal tea & sweet treats to nourish body and soul.

Yoga mat and pillow will be provided but please bring anything else to make you feel as comfortable as possible, blanket, eye mask, pillow, socks, water.
