The Full Moon is a time to consider abundance and express gratitude each month. We begin the practice by exploring a theme that aligns intention with the moon energy. Then we will ease into a series of accessible, yet warming poses, rise with the moon in a series of Moon Salutations (Chandra namaskar), and end the practice with a set of Restorative poses.This class will run with a minimum of 5 registrations.
