Somatic Release Breathwork™, employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.

Parking: Be sure to enter "The Bridge Healing Arts Center" in your GPS, and make sure it states FARMINGTON… Entrance and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Zen Studio is the black building with the red door (pictured) that is right at the 3rd parking area to the right when you pull off of main st.
Park anywhere in the first 3 parking areas (there are some spaces right next to or near the Zen Studio for parking).
