About this Event
A beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded women and release any stagnant energy from the month past. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated. If you have never done breathwork or been to a full moon circle before, no worries as I will guide you from start to finish. Everyone is welcome.
Time: 10am - 12pm
Energy exchange: $55 (including Eventbrite Fees)
Where: Lotus Room at the Life Centre - 88 Jervois Road, Ponsonby (the house on the right, upstairs)

Our journey begins with white sage, to cleanse our energy and ground us into the earth. We will flow into a connection exercise and journal prompts, to release anything that is no longer serving us. We flow into the 10 minute breath journey, where you will be supported to release any stress or stagnant energy from the past month, creating space for mental clarity and bliss. This flows onto the sound bath healing, where you will remain lying down, letting the healing frequencies wash over you. We end the ceremony with a beautiful manifestation ritual, which sets our intention for the month ahead.
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Journal and pen
- Drink bottle
- Blanket (for the breathwork/sound journey)
I recommend parking on the side streets nearby. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled/go to the bathroom etc, we will begin at 10am.
Avoid eating 1-2 hours before the session as we will be lying down for the breathwork and sound journey. If you're hungry before have some fruit or something easy to digest. Wear comfortable clothing.

Sian is a Master Reiki Healer and qualified Breathwork & Meditation practitioner. She provides Reiki and Breathwork sessions at her studio in Grey Lynn.
She runs monthly Women's Circles and deep breathwork journeys regularly at the Life Centre in Ponsonby.

As we are doing a gentle breathwork practice (which alters our body's physiology and gently alters our state of consciousness) it is important you let me know if you have any of the following medical contraindications. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any of the following conditions before purchasing a ticket; pregnancy (any level), cardiovascular disease/condition, heart attack, high blood pressure, strokes, glaucoma or retinal detachment, recent injury or surgery, panic attacks or psychosis, seizures, epileptic, severe mental illness or aneurysms (or family history).

Our cancellation policy and terms of service can be found on our website. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge your agreement to these policies and provide your consent for any promotional pictures taken on the day, which may be used for social media and marketing.
Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable 48 hours before the event due to the immense time and mahi that goes into preparing these spaces. Tickets cannot be transferred to future events if you cannot make it on the day.
