The October full moon is a powerful time for release and renewal. This circle invites you to align with lunar energy and create space for courage, independence, and freedom from old cycles.
What to Expect:
🌿 Gentle Movement & Meditation — Begin with yin postures and breathwork, accompanied by a soothing sound bath to ground body and spirit.
🔥 Burning Ritual & Ceremony — Release old stories, fears, or patterns into the fire, making space for transformation.
🖊️ Journaling & Reflection — Guided prompts to support clarity, intention, and deep self-connection.
This gathering is open to all who wish to step into a new cycle of courage and liberation. No prior experience is required — only a willingness to show up as you are.
