Welcome the shift in seasons as we harness the energy of the full moon with gratitude, intention and presence through gentle stretch, guided meditation, and a sound bath - then enjoy goodies gifted from local vendors as we watch the sun set and the moon rise over the ocean.

Let gratitude root you, peace wash over you, and your heart open to the quiet beauty of simply being.

***PARKING: Free street parking (after 6pm) on Balboa Blvd or in the Balboa Pier parking lot (5 min walk)

***WHAT TO WEAR: Dress warm! Socks recommended. The body temperate drops during a sound bath, especially by the water.

***WHAT TO BRING: Towel to lay on, an eye mask if you want to cover your eyes, and an optional small blanket and/or pillow for extra comfort
