About this Event
Imagine standing on a mountaintop as the full moon sets behind the mountains and the sun rises over the plains — one light handing the sky to the other, and you’re right in the middle of it.
That's how this day starts.
So many of us are stuck in the hustle & bustle of day-to-day life. Head down, powering through, moving so fast we forget to look up. We lose touch with the wonder that's right outside our front door, the kind that makes you catch your breath and remember, oh right, it's a miracle to be alive.
That reconnection? That's awe. And it's more than a feeling, it's a biological resource. Research shows awe quiets the nervous system, reduces stress and inflammation, dissolves rumination, expands perspective, and reconnects us to something larger than ourselves.
Emily Bingham and Mary Tilson are seekers of awe because awe is the medicine that helped them move through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. It shifted their perspectives, reconnected them to the miracle of being alive, and reminded them every single day that magic is real.
But awe isn't something you can think your way into. It's felt. It's experienced. It lives in your body — on a dark trail at 4am, at the top of a mountain at sunrise, in the company of other soul-led humans who are choosing presence over autopilot.
That's why we've created this experience!
Join us.
This Hike Is For You If...
- Life has dulled a bit and you want your spark back
- You're craving depth, meaning, and real connection
- You're spiritually curious and open to exploring the divine mystery of it all
- You want to experience more magic without waiting for your life to change first
- You're done living on auto-pilot and want to reconnect with the current of life
The Full Moon
The full moon is the peak of the lunar cycle — the moment everything planted in the dark becomes fully visible. Across traditions, it's a time of illumination and harvest.
On this hike, we won't set new goals or reach for the next thing. We'll stop and actually look at what the last 30 days held.
- The wins you downplayed.
- The hard things you moved through.
- The quiet moments of magic you almost missed.
- And CELEBRATE them wholeheartedly!
You'll leave feeling satiated by life, heart full of gratitude, clear on what's working, and carrying a new frequency of love that will fuel you forward into the next month. You'll also meet a bad-a$$ group of humans who crave adventure and are committed to making the most out of life.
The Details
We meet at the Royal Arch Trailhead at Chautauqua Park at 4:15am sharp. Please arrive a few minutes early — the sun doesn't wait, and neither can we.
What to Bring
- Headlamp or flashlight (we start before full sunrise)
- Plenty of water
- Snacks for the trail
- A light breakfast beforehand — this is a steep, rewarding uphill hike, so you'll want fuel in the tank
- An open heart and a willingness to take credit for your own life
After the Hike
Coffee and light breakfast snacks provided. Stay a while — the conversations after the hike are half the magic.
Please Note
The Royal Arch Trail is rated difficult on AllTrails due to the steep incline. Since we'll be hiking in the early morning before daylight, this event is best suited for those with some hiking experience. Review the trail details on AllTrails before registering or reach out to us directly.
