Under the energy of the Full Moon, we gather to release, reset, and realign — letting go of what feels heavy and creating space for clarity, calm, and renewal.
Through cacao, meditation, and sound, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply restorative state.

The Full Moon is a powerful time for release and reflection.

🎶 What Is a Soundbath?
A soundbath is a meditative experience where you simply lie down and receive.
Using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, the vibrations help:
• Calm the nervous system
• Support deep rest
• Release tension
• Shift you into a grounded, peaceful state

🤎 Cacao Ceremony (Optional)
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao — a gentle, heart-opening practice used to deepen connection and intention.
Cacao may support:
• Emotional clarity
• Presence and grounding
• Heart opening
Participation is always optional.
